The new gastronomic proposal of Park Hyatt Mallorca and chef Álvaro Salazar will be called Voro Restaurant and will open its doors to a highly anticipated public on March 8th, 2019.
The name Voro derives from the Latin term ‘devorare‘ with the new restaurant inviting diners to devour the creations made by the restaurant’s own Michelin Star chef, Alvaro Salazar. Salazar is a young chef with international acclamation, being awarded Chef of the Year in the Balearic Islands by the specialised press, as well as Cook of the Year in Alimentaria in 2018.
Voro will be located in ‘Plaza de la Torre’ in the hotel resort, with the restaurant assuring a firm commitment to the environment and its Mediterranean roots. Offering a traditional menu that is both modern and groundbreaking, innovative creations are set to delight the restaurant’s diners.
As expected from the exclusive Park Hyatt Mallorca, the staff at Voro will ensure guests feel at home whilst awakening their five senses through a true gastronomic journey that has been designed by the Andalusian chef.
