Renowned Chef
Living and working in Spain, the acclaimed chef Marc Fosh developed his own unique style of cuisine. This focused on using fresh and seasonal ingredients where the quality of the produce would be second to none. Adding his own creative flair, the chef is best known for his modern, yet simple cuisine with clean tastes and a real depth to its flavour.
In 2002 Marc Fosh become the first and only British Chef to be awarded a Michelin Star in Spain, later opening his very own restaurant in Palma de Mallorca with his business partner, Robert Bragagnolo.
