About the FLECHA Art Fair
The FLECHA Contemporary Art Fair FLECHA has been successfully held for 30 years in the Arturo Soria Plaza Shopping Centre in Madrid. Its president, artist José Luis Aguirre, initiated this innovative project to bring art closer to daily life, making it accessible and affordable. The exhibition is welcomed in Mallorca’s capital, enhancing Palma’s existing offer of art galleries.
Repeat veteran artists such as Ouka Leele, Jesús Curià and Violeta McGuire, and a guest group of Peruvian artists arrive with a very strong and innovative proposal. This includes the photographic work of Rocío Gómez . The quota of resident artists will be represented by artists such as Julia Fragua, Tomeu Canyellas and Adrián García.
On Thursday March 28th at 19:30 the organisers will host a special launch event featuring presentations and speeches. This is set to mark the ongoing exhibition in an exquisite style.
As a charitable contribution, 5% of the sales of the works will go to the RANA Foundation (The Helping Network for Abused Children).
