Ca n’Eduardo Restaurant was founded in 1943 by the Carrasco family and has continued their philosophy of serving Mediterranean cuisine using local recipes and the best quality ingredients. It has an ideal location for a seafood restaurant where all produce is bought locally at the market and is cooked in a simple style, enhancing the natural and fresh flavours.
It was recently renovated to give a modern and relaxed atmosphere, offering a warm and friendly setting in Palma. Large windows look out over the bay, or you can dine on the terrace with fantastic views of the Cathedral and waterfront. Their specialty is fresh fish and shellfish, which are brought directly from the market below. As well as a great selection of paellas the restaurant offers a wide range of seafood dishes, stews and rice. Their desserts are a real temptation and include local specialities such as Mallorcan Almond Cake in addition to refreshing sorbet delights.
The extensive wine list has been carefully chosen to complement the cuisine with local wines being featured heavily. You can also sample other Catalan and Spanish varieties as well as the finest champagnes.
